The game quite literally tells you to play it by putting your Joy-Con controller into a roll of toilet paper and rolling it around (speed strat: use a new roll of toilet paper to prevent messes). Many levels have different themes such as rollercoaster/river rides and Kuzco transforming into different animals. The run is defined by its use of charge movement, plus several puzzle skips, wall clips, upwarping tech to climb to unintended heights, and leaps of faith that skip huge sections or even entire levels.
